Getting started at The Well is simple: book a complimentary consultation, and we guide you through the entire 3-step onboarding process from there. Our goal is to ease the decision fatigue you already carry, making your first step toward change feel like a relief rather than another tedious task.

First, book a complimentary 30-minute call where we define your goals, lifestyle needs, and level of investment.
If The Well is a good fit for you, I’ll send you our standard agreement + schedule a second call.

After you finalize + return the coaching agreement, we get started!
During our second call, I’ll ask you 10 onboarding questions to help us devise a personalized program for you.
