“I started my weight loss journey this January at 218 lbs.

My best weight was 135 lbs, at my wedding 13 years ago. At that time, I was going to the gym consistently and did the Insanity program. Then I had a baby and got up to 240 lbs due to letting myself go. My son is 10.

About 6 years ago, I met Ellie and lost 25 lbs just by changing my eating habits. Fast forward to the beginning of this year, I weighed 218 lbs and decided to restart my weight loss journey. I got down to 205 and plateaued, and started slacking.
