Frequently asked questions about our Residential Wellness Program.

The program is designed to enhance resident experience and retention without adding operational complexity for ownership or management.

  • The program is fully managed by The Well Coaching Co. Programming, scheduling, communications, and facilitation are handled directly by The Well. Property owners and management teams are not required to staff, supervise, or coordinate ongoing activities.

  • Minimal. Once the program is launched, The Well manages delivery independently. Coordination is limited to initial setup and occasional high-level communication as needed.

  • Activities are designed to use existing shared spaces or outdoor areas within or near the property. No dedicated fitness facilities, equipment purchases, or build-outs are required.

  • Activities are offered weekly on weekends. Each session is opt-in and RSVP-based and proceeds only when minimum participation thresholds are met.

  • Activities rotate throughout the month and may include walking or running groups, stretching and mobility sessions, strength-based movement, yoga- or Pilates-inspired sessions, and other accessible, low-pressure wellness experiences.

  • Yes. Programming can be tailored based on building size, resident demographics, and available spaces, while maintaining a consistent delivery model.

  • No. All aspects of the program are opt-in. Residents may engage as often or as little as they choose.

  • Owners and management teams can schedule an introductory call with The Well Coaching Co. to discuss their property and determine whether the program is a good fit.
